Mae hyn yn ei harwain i gofio ei magwrfa a'r waliau fu'n gymaint rhwystr yn ei phlentyndod. Beth ddigwyddodd i'w brawd, Gareth? Pam nad oedd Siân yn hoffi Anti Rita?

Matt Haig

Dyma stori wir am sut gwnaeth Matt Haig oresgyn argyfwng, trechu afiechyd meddwl a fu bron â'i ddinistrio a dysgu sut i fyw unwaith eto. Llyfr teimladwy, doniol a llawen - mae "Rhesymau Dros Aros yn Fyw" yn fwy na chofiant. Mae'n llyfr am wneud y gorau o'ch amser ar y ddaear.
