Opening times and arrangements

The shop is open between 10:00 and 5:00 as follows

The shop is open, and we have a selection of the latest books at the front of the shop for you to browse. A full browsing experience is not yet possible, however, we can bring a selection of books of interest to the front of the shop and, as always, we'll do our best to help you find the right books for you. You're also welcome to contact us (by phone or email) for advice and information before coming to the shop.

We continue to provide a home delivery and postal service to those of you who prefer to stay at home.

We are doing everything we can to provide a welcoming shopping environment, while also keeping our community safe at this time.

If you suspect you have any Covid 19 symptoms, we kindly ask you not to visit the shop. You can contact us by phone or email and we can deliver to your home within Caernarfon free of charge.

How to Order

If you need a book or two, or advice about books, we are happy to accept and deliver orders, being mindful of the need to do this in a safe way. You're welcome to order online from the shop section of the website at any time. Or, email your query and we'll reply as soon as we can.

**Jon Gower joins us to explore his main literary love, the short story and his daughter Elena reads from some of those included in his fourth collection of tales.  Jon will also be encouraging questions on pretty much any subject, just to keep things lively.

This is the Tir na n-Og shortlist for 2020, which is the prize for the best original books for children and young people.

The shortlist includes 3 Welsh language, primary, secondary school and 3 English language books. Congratulations to the authors.
